VCE Forms were created to standardize forms and their workflow/approval processes across the Army. The objective is to streamline the process so these forms can be prepared, processed and approved in an expedited manner.
VCE currently has forms available for contracting requirements processes which currently include Small Business Coordination Record (DD2579), Announcement of Award (AoA), and Property Management System Analysis (PMSA). The available electronic forms within VCE allows commands to customize the review and approval processes to suit organizational requirements.
